Exchange/Returns: Due to our Body products being handmade there are no returns or exchanges. In the case, that your product is damaged and is no longer usable please contact us through email. Shipping: Please allow 7-10 Business Days for items to be packaged and shipped.

Che Cosmetix is not responsible for any shipment delays that may cause by USPS, or any other shipment services used. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens inside their facilities once our packages are dropped off for shipping. We apologize for this in advance.

Be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order, as shipping labels are printed with the exact address you provide. In the event that a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, no replacements will be given, and the buyer will be responsible for paying the cost to the correct address.
